Heat Softball is a competitive travel and tournament girls fastpitch softball organization. We draw athletes from all over Southern New England.
Currently we plan to field teams in the following age
classifications: 10U, 12U, 14U, and 16U.
In 2012 our teams will compete in ASA, NSA, and PONY tournaments in New England and the Eastern United States throughout the Spring and Summer.
Some of our teams will also compete in New England's growing AAU Softball League. We are affiliated with Worcester Heat Baseball, New England's premier youth baseball program.
We play and train 12 months per year. Our players, depending on age, may play from 40-100 softball games in a calendar year. These young ladies are very committed. They are united by a
passion for the game and desire to grow as leaders, athletes, and ballplayers. These ladies are elite athletes who absolutely love to play ball and regularly demonstrate an impressive work ethic
and commitment to their sport. Most importantly, we have fun. Softball, like all sports, is supposed to be fun. We play softball.

Every Worcester Heat player is given a full membership to Hitquarters as part of their participation as a Heat ballplayer. This package includes free and discounted professional coaching sessions
as well as regular access to the Hitquarters training facility at no additional cost.
The Heat are committed to developing our players as elite athletes. All Heat players participate in a organized Strength and Conditioning program under the supervision of a certified Strength and
Conditioning Coach.
PITCHING MOUNDS - Outside of our batting cages, we have a spacious bullpen area that consists of three portable pitching mounds. This area is designed to accommodate both softball and baseball with regulation distances clearly marked. 
SOFTBALL BASEBALL INFIELD- Our 90ft. professionally lined infield provides a distinct advantage over all other sports facilities, allowing teams to run an authentic practice indoors. Our diamond can be easily reduced to Little League and Softball base paths.
